New families start in PENDING_CONSENT. Members and medicines cannot be added until a registering-member consent is recorded — either they reply "YES, I AGREE" on WhatsApp, or you record it here after reading them the notice.

Scan a prescription

Use this when you're sitting with the family during onboarding. Take a photo, and the details are read off it and filled into the form for you to check. Families can also just send the photo to your WhatsApp number — those land in the queue below automatically.

Prescription review queue

Every prescription must be checked by a person before it goes live. The extracted values below are a draft produced by reading the photo — treat them as a suggestion, not a fact. Compare each medicine name, strength and timing against the image yourself and correct anything that is wrong. A misread strength (5mg vs 50mg) on a blood-pressure tablet is a serious harm. When in doubt, reject it and phone the family.

Data retention

A sweep runs automatically every night at 03:30 and deletes what there is no longer a reason to keep. This is what the law calls storage limitation — and it is what keeps your hosting bill flat. Nothing here needs your attention day to day; this panel just shows you what the next sweep would remove.
